I drew this through the inspiration of an album cover of a song I used to listen to called “Strawberry Champagne” by Dept. The album cover design was just a digital illustration of a basic feminine eye and it made me inspired to draw my partner’s eye in a similar style of that art cover. It helped me step out of my comfort zone to draw something that touches on realism.
